OT Rex - Models and Theories Overview

Hi everyone!

I hope you're doing well. Today, I will be covering some common models and theories that I reviewed during my NBCOT prep. Of course, there are SO many models we could cover so this is not all of them but a good handful to review.

I highly recommend making real life connections to these concepts and apply it to your own life. It makes it much easier to learn. Also, you can organize them by similarity or difference-- whatever works best for you. I like to find the similar ones and then pick out what makes them different.
