Lihuvim's got the beats and the balls. Stay away from the unstable motes to prevent them from expanding. Use Lihuvim's deconstructing blast to remove them. Use cosmic shift to get knocked back towards one of the four cubbies at the edges of the room for the phase transitions. During synthesize, use maximum cooldowns to destroy one of the automa - that will prevent it from waking along with its adds. Prioritize the acqusitions automa (the ones that fixate on party members).
