2nd year anniversary vlog, what a great way to kickstart February! My favourite month…. Obviously 😎
I am so happy to be back home in Mumbai 💚 I dedicate this vlog to my mum who’s been my inspiration, teacher and mentor all thru my life. She’s also my secret admirer 😝 but I know she’s a better cook than me 🥰. Will always be indebted to her for passing on her versions of traditional parsi recipes. Thanks ma!
So here's an adapted version of mums recipe for KOLMI na KAWAB (Prawn KEbabs). Best eaten with Dhansaak, perfect if you don’t like red meat for lamb kebabs that are generally cooked.
I would also like to thank my wonderful and loving family for keeping up with the endless tasks of ‘avoid the kitchen when she’s vlogging’ syndrome……Rushad who does all the editing now, taken over from Danni, Ari and Kian who have also played a big part in filming the vlogs, often making me giggle and telling me off when I do something silly! The best reward they all get is to pounce on the plate of food that is displayed, which is demolished in seconds😂😂, and yes, Viraf does get a bite most of the time 😜 Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou…. To all of you, without which I could not have continued this journey. My lockdown passion grew into a successful business and I’m eternally grateful for your support.
