Описание к видео How to Replace a Washer Boot on a Washing Machine - Start to Finish on a Maytag 2000 Series

Today's video will show you the entire process of replacing a washer boot seal on a washing machine. This is quite a difficult, frustrating, and time consuming procedure to complete; but in the end we'll show you how to save a few hundred dollars by doing this yourself.

The particular washing machine that we are working on today is a MayTag 2000 Series, specifically the MWHE200XW00. To work on this machine, I needed the following tools:
1/4" socket wrench
T20 Torx drive
Phillips Screw Driver
Flat screwdrivers or other tools for prying
Spare 2x4 blocks (optional)

I found my washer boot seal on Amazon by first searching Google with my model number. After locating a parts diagram, I was able to find the exact part number of my boot.

Let me know how this process went for you and if you have any tips for others!
