How to Read a Hydrometer - Mead, Wine and Cider Making

The Hydrometer, and how to read them. This is possibly the most confusing piece of gear for the homebrewer! They aren't very clear nor intuitive to read until you get used to the hydrometer. Most are "triple scale" hydrometers and that just adds to the confusion! Let's get in close and take a look at how to read a hydrometer quickly, easily and accurately.
