My way of making 2-sided counters that doesn't require a lot of careful alignment or pre-trimming.
Pardon the appearance of my counters, my printer isn't doing so well.

Note: the score for the fold needs to be relatively deep, but not cut through. If it isn't deep enough, the fold can go askew and through off the alignment. It's best to cut one side before folding to help check the alignment when you fold, if that edge is smooth, the alignment should be right.
