If your Mazda’s HVAC starts fluttering, buzzing, or whooshing—or you notice a musty A/C smell—right after a cabin air filter replacement, this video shows the exact cause and the fast fix. During a filter swap, leaves/dust can drop onto the blower wheel, making the fan wobble and smell. I’ll demo how to check through the glove box, pull the filter back out, inspect the blower with a light, and clean it properly (including how to remove the blower motor, brush/vacuum the wheel, and re-seat the filter).
