Capitals Start + No Marian Reforms: TIMELAPSE: Rome Total War (A.I. Only)

Welcome to this Capitals Only Start TimeLapse for Rome Total War. On top of this, I have also removed the Marian Reforms from the Romans, so now they are a balanced faction, like the rest.

As always with Rome Total War, I have my own public order mod running - otherwise it won't really be possible for Empires to be built.

How will each AI faction starting with only their capital city effect them?
Will the Romans be able to take victory now they are balanced?
Will their enemies barge down the gates of Rome?
Or will a new, completely unexpected power arise from nowhere?

The Romans in this only have access to old tier units, Hastati, Principes and Triarrii. Rather than Auxilia and Praetorians. This was done because Rome is always OP, but not anymore. : )
