Homemade Shooter's Wind Flag - They Work

Описание к видео Homemade Shooter's Wind Flag - They Work

There have been several questions about the wind flags I use in my videos. What I do is not a new idea. The first time I encountered using these was for a high school science project in the 70’s. We were studying weather. The originals may have been glass bottles, and we used rebar rather than a garden stake. I do not recall now. I very much doubt our science teacher was the first to do this either.

Anyway, these are very inexpensive and work about as well as any commercial ones I have seen. So, for less than $2.50 per flag you can get yourself set up with a flag system. I usually run 4 or 5 myself, when I use them.

In heavier winds I use a binder clip about ½ way up the tail to keep them from being overpowered.
