Описание к видео How to build a water resistant 3" Acrobrat quad

I've tried many iterations with my 3" Acrobrat and I've finally found a setup that I actually think it's a win for this 3" frame.

Motivation
-----------------
My previous build was close to perfect, but the ESC died when the quad plunged into snow with the motors armed. Therefore, I've decided to make this one fully plastic coated to avoid unwanted repairs.

Why this configuration?
-------------------------------------
I've tried different 3" motors for this frame, like the SunnySky 1408, but this build is heavy (at least 200 grams) and those feel a bit lazy on some acro maneuvers and power punches.

I've found that the BrotherHobby Avenger motors are the only 1507 motors available for 3" quads with very impressive torque characteristics. They sport an amazing thrust of 750g at 34 Amps, according to EngineerX tests.

The entire configuration is built around these motors, so I've chosen the HGLRC 40A ESC to run them, to be sure they can sustain motors max current consumption of 34 Amps.

The camera is a RunCam Split Mini 2, with a weight of 12 grams and I've selected this camera, because mounting a GoPro on a 3" quad is not a real option.

The VTX is Tramp HV, weights around 2.4 grams, 5 grams with the Lolipop antenna and can do 600mW with no problem.

I've also upgraded the RX from FrSky R-XSR to FrSky R9M 25mW and the range is absolutely impressive. The video transmission range will never exceed RX range.

The RX antenna is a stock 868 Mhz, mounted in a 3D printed support and glued with some eardrum sticks coated in heatshrink. It looks like the T-Antenna, but it's actually a custom made one.

The canopy is a custom 3D print and it will be available on Thingiverse. It replaces the metal standoffs the frame originally comes with and also the 3mm screws, in order to save weight. The canopy keeps the two side plates in place and also protects the electronics from dust or branches that may ruin the wiring.
