with 5 tauforged topaz archon shard, the 75% secondary crit chance give 375% additive crit chance (shown as 374% cc) after killing 75 enemies affected with heat
so the final crit chance on regulator modded with creeping bullseye, arcane avenger, and cat's eye:
25%x(1+2+3.74)+45%+60% = 273,5 % crit chance (or can say 73.5% chance to be red crits)

Tek Enhance increases Cat's Eye duration to be 13s (tho it doesnt affect the cooldown, but ig it still count as a better qol)

Furax Wraith amalgam mods gives you 45% secondary fire rate which is nice for Regulators
