IEEE recently launched a new journal called IEEE Access (ieee.org/ieee-access) with the goal of being an interdisciplinary, applications-oriented, all-electronic archival publication presenting original research across all of IEEE's fields of interest. The inaugural edition is scheduled to be released in March 2013, and NYU WIRELESS researchers have been invited to publish recent RF propagation results on 5G millimeter-wave cellular communications. In addition to the journal article, a 6-minute video abstract featuring the researchers and their results was produced to be presented in the inaugural volume.
