Brad Pelman

With over 23 years of experience in all aspects of program distribution, Theatrical, Home Entertainment and Television licensing, Brad has an enviable contact list and a no nonsense approach to business. Brad recently departed Alliance Films, as Executive VP Distribution, following the sale of Maple Pictures, a company he co-founded, where he served as Co-President since 2005. His relationships span the distribution value chain, from the traditional to the new media/digital outlets. He is currently heading a new consultancy service company, Pelman Corp. Consultants which specializes in program distribution and marketing strategies. Brad also serves as President of Distribution and Sales for Cinecoup Inc., a disruptive new distribution platform seeking to change the way independent films in the $1-$5M budget range are packaged, financed and produced.
Jeremy Boxer
Creative Director and Festival Director, Vimeo Festival+Awards
Jeremy co-created the Vimeo Festival+Awards, and works on Vimeo's creative and editorial strategies as well as Vimeo's film industry outreach. Jeremy has been in the digital filmmaking world for over 15 years, starting with the trailblazing RES Media Group where he took on many roles till he became Head of Programming for final RESFEST in 2006. Between the end of RESFEST and his arrival at Vimeo in 2010, he has worked with many clients as diverse as Warner brothers, Tribeca Film Festival, Kswiss, Nike, PlayStation, Art Alliance, NYU and Royal College of Art. He has been on advisory boards for SXSW and NYU's CRI as well as speaking at dozens of festivals around the world. As a filmmaker his award winning film The Last Supper traveled to over a dozen festivals including Sundance and as a cinematographer he shot over 40 short films.

Premium Offer Manager, Dailymotion
Amandine currently serves as Dailymotion's Global Head of Premium Offers in New York. She joined the company in September 2011 to start and develop this new business model based on paid videos. Previous to Dailymotion, Amandine was at Orange in Paris, where she took on several roles in the Content Division such as business analyst and executive assistant to Orange's Content VP. She also spent some time in Uganda where she was in charge of preparing the launch of Orange Money, a mobile banking solution.
Scott Glosserman
Director, Producer and Founder, Gathr
Scott began his career at Creative Artist Agency, working for the head of the motion picture talent department. He founded Gathr in August of 2011 after producing and directing his latest feature, The Truth Below, a teen psychological thriller for MTV Films. Scott co-wrote, produced and directed the cult horror favorite, Behind The Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon. He produced and co-directed the feature documentary, Truth in Numbers: Everything, According to Wikipedia, under Glen Echo Entertainment, which he founded in 2003. Various feature development projects included Tal andPlaying House that was preemptively sold to Paramount Vantage in 2008. Scott is a member of the Screen Actors Guild, The Writers Guild of America and the Directors Guild of America.
Greg Rubidge

Greg Rubidge began his career in film at the Canadian Film Centre and moved on to several roles in production before founding an entertainment based interactive agency in 1995, hype.com. He founded Syndicado in 2009 as way for traditional distributors, sales agents and filmmakers to take advantage of new distribution opportunities through the new emerging digital outlets such as iTunes, Hulu and Netflix. Prior to this start up he was responsible for product development for video, games and music services at a major US Internet portal serving several national and regional MSOs . Rubidge also founded ilovedocs.com, an online B2C site to market and sell documentary films.
