Amazon Luxury Beauty - Yay or Nay? Well, that depends on a few factors...one of which, has to do with whether or not the brand sells to one very important beauty retail partner: Sephora.

At the end of the day, IMO, a brand is best served if their prices are in parity between Sephora and Amazon. This can be achieved via Luxury Beauty sometimes, but it can also occur via 3p as well (if you have a roadmap to clean up your distribution).

Ignoring Amazon b/c you sell directly to Sephora results in...well you'll see in this video. Here we look at Living Proof, Inc., OLAPLEX, Alterna, and T3 Micro. So are doing all right, others, not so much.
