New Year. Same Diabetes. I'm not a fan of extreme New Year's Resolutions - probably becuase I know I'd never be able to stick to them, and also probably because any big change is infinitely more complicated when you live with Type 1 Diabetes. However, I am a big fan of taking stock, reflecting on the past and setting solid, actionable intentions for the future. So in today's video, I'm sharing how I set goals, specifically relating to my Type 1 Diabetes, and how I create solid, actionable steps to pursue those goals, while including a healthy dose of room for error, fun, and most of all - prioritizing my mental health through it all.
