My model railroad dream layout: Large brewery with track connection (English subtitles)

In this video I would like to introduce you to the brewery in Feldheim, a private siding with plenty of shunting operations.
I wanted to achieve three things with this industrial area:
Firstly, I wanted to create a visual highlight at the end of the layout.
Secondly, I wanted to create several operating points that would be regularly served by freight wagons, thus enhancing the train traffic on the otherwise rather quiet branch line.
And thirdly, in many cases I used this section as a test track to try out new technologies.
You are welcome to judge for yourself to what extent I succeeded.
