Pecan, Date & Pear Rusks | MODERN RUSK Recipe

Welcome back to my channel. There is a lot of rusk recipes that varies from traditional to modern. In this video I will be sharing a modern rusk recipe that has some pecans, dates and pears.

Ingredients:
1.5 kg Self-raising flour
300ml All Bran
500ml Buttermilk
400g Sugar
2 Eggs
10ml Baking Powder
375g Butter
5ml Salt
1 cup Pecans
1 cup Dried pears
1 cup Dried Dates
