There are few conditions for a day to be a record breaking day
1. the first element in the array can be a record breaking day if its consecutive element is smaller .

2. any value which is larger than any of its previous elements in the array and whose consecutive elements on the both sides are smaller than that.

3. any element that is the greatest of all the elements in the array
