Performance under load of video program is Fraps - FPS: 40-60
Which is not bad emulator is from 2009. It is very Powerful, but not very reliable tool sometimes becomes unstable under Windows XP to Windows 7 runs on 100% reliable with the use of DirectX 11 libraries
