MIXING NOTES: Other cognacs should work here. Other tawny ports could be substituted. Luxardo is one of the excellent brands.

½ Grahams 10YO tawny port (Portugal 20 proof)
½ Pierre Ferrand 1840 cognac (France 90 proof)
1/3 Luxardo maraschino liqueur (Italy 64 proof)
½ tsp caster sugar
Shake cracked, strain small coupe or Nick & Nora glass, two Luxardo cherries, mint sprig
