Personalized workspaces and meeting rooms, a power nap room, a Japanese garden-inspired relaxation space, integrated wireless chargers, and a multipurpose space with a grand piano, bar, and a fully equipped kitchen. If your vision matches this, then your dream has come true: we've included all of these features in the new Bending Spoons offices in Milan.
The aim of this architectural project was to design new headquarters for Bending Spoons in Milan that reflect the company values and its focus on employee well-being.
The new offices span over three floors, each about 1,000 square meters. The first and second floors are dedicated to workspaces. The third floor is a multifunctional hub, home to the: canteen, game area, bar.
Key Features:
Open Dialogue and Collaboration: The office interiors reflect the seamless collaboration between Bending Spoons and the architectural firm, ensuring the space meets the needs of all Spooners. We worked on the architectural and interior design project from 2020 to 2024, pandemic emergency included!
Functional and Aesthetic Choices: The interior design incorporates extensive greenery, Nordic design elements, and the innovative use of wood.
Diverse Workspaces: From open spaces surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows to silent rooms and private work areas, the layout is tailored for various work styles.
Themed Meeting and Focus Rooms: Unique environments like Water, Electric City and Cloud cater to different concentration needs, offering immersive and stimulating spaces.
Third Floor Leisure Hub: Designed for leisure and live events, this floor includes a canteen, game area, bar, and an activity room with a grand piano, creating a vibrant community space.

L'obiettivo di questo progetto di interior design era di realizzare una nuova sede per Bending Spoons a Milano che riflettesse i valori dell’azienda hi-tech e la sua attenzione al benessere dei dipendenti.
I nuovi uffici di Bending Spoons si sviluppano su tre piani, ciascuno di circa 1.000 metri quadrati. Il primo e il secondo piano sono dedicati agli spazi di lavoro. Il terzo piano è un hub multifunzionale, che ospita: la mensa, la sala giochi, il bar
Caratteristiche Principali: Il design degli interni riflette la collaborazione senza soluzione di continuità tra Bending Spoons e lo studio di Architettura, garantendo che lo spazio soddisfi le esigenze di tutti gli Spooner. Abbiamo lavorato al progetto dal 2020 al 2024, emergenza pandemica inclusa!
Scelte Funzionali ed Estetiche: l’interior design enfatizza il benessere degli Spooner, incorporando ampie aree verdi, elementi di design nordico e l'uso innovativo del legno.
Spazi di Lavoro Diversificati: Dagli open space circondati da vetrate a tutta altezza alle silent room e agli spazi di lavoro privati, il layout è pensato per diversi stili di lavoro.
Sale Riunioni e Focus Tematiche: Ambienti unici come Water, Electric City e Cloud rispondono a diverse esigenze di concentrazione.
Hub di Svago al Terzo Piano: Progettato per il tempo libero e gli eventi dal vivo, questo piano include una mensa, una sala giochi, un bar e una activity room con pianoforte a coda.
