2. Air Weapons and Licensing (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—
Dr James Cooper, Edinburgh Napier University;
and then from—
Kevin Woodburn, Edinburgh City Private Hire;
Les McVay, CityCabs;
Bill McIntosh, Scottish Taxi Federation;
and then from—
Audrey Watson, Managing Solicitor, West Lothian Licensing Board;
Douglas Campbell, Assistant Managing Solicitor (Licensing), Renfrewshire Council;
Tom Berney, Chair, Scottish Older Persons Assembly.

3. Air Weapons and Licensing (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence received.

4. Community Empowerment (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report.
