Aside from “This Is The Moment” and “Take Me As I Am”, “Someone Like You” completes my top three songs from the musical, “Jekyll & Hyde”. A 1990 musical based on the novel “Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde” by Robert Louis Stevenson and was originally conceived for the stage by Frank Wildhorn, Steve Cuden, and Leslie Bricusse.

“Someone Like You” was originally sung in the musical by the female lead character “Lucy”, but allow me to give my own “POP” feel on this one and share it with you all as my natal day offering to “Sis ko” Karen Reyes, “Ate Jo” Jocelyn Rolloda- Intal, “Sis ganda” Aileen Mison Robles, “Mam sis” Joan Song Valerio, “Mylab” Lilibeth Gonzales-Bautista, and “Ate Rons” Rona Santiago-Palisoc.
