Andy's latest on-nomi (online drink) is with pro triathlete and 15x IRONMAN 70.3 winner Sam Appleton, who had to stick to the water after indulging in a few too many beers the night before this interview.

Sam gives us an insight into how the coronavirus pandemic has affected the life of a professional athlete and how he's dialled his training back a bit (although he's still doing 20+ hours a week!).

He's taken the time to give us an insight into what he's doing training-wise as he's still able to get out on the bike and on the trails for a run in Colorado at the moment, while he also tells us how he likes to relax and recover away from sport.

Sam is a big fan of computer games, coffee and craft beers... while Andy hints that Precision Hydration might offer a handy solution to Sam's hangover (not that we'd know anything about drinking too much and needing to use PH to cure hangovers, you understand...).
