Watch me make a mixed-berry fruit puree (aka Coulis) in an attempt to save the Meringue I messed up in part 1 … inventing “Wölkchentaler” in the process (and struggle with a lid).

🥗 Ingredients:
⅓ cup ea of 3 types of berries (raspberry, blueberry, strawberry)
(alt: frozen berry mix)
1 Tbsp Honey
½ tsp fresh thyme leaves … (alt: Basil)
Water (a few tbsps)

🍽️ Directions:
Cook berries, honey & 1 tbsp of water for 5 min (simmer)
Blend (with 3 tbsp of water)
Sieve
Cool
Enjoy
