After 2 months my blackberry wine is done
This is the cheapest wine i made but taste lovely
Ingredients:
2 kg blackberries from the garden
3 L of water
4 cups white sugar, 1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp peptic enzyme
1/2 slice lemon
2 bags black tea, diluted
1/4 tsp yeast nutrients

Sterilisation agent( most important)
1 demijohn with airlock
1 hose
Recycled bottles
If you aim for right S.G below 1.000 ( ideal 0.990) for this wine- age it further.
