In today's vlog a am a bit emotional as I drop my 9 year old daughter Bella off for a 2 night school trip. We then spend some time moving around furniture in my home office and looking at options for new configurations. Then it's time to try working at my sit / stand desk for my first proper working day using it. Will it help me to focus more with ADHD Or will I just fall off?
