Hello everyone,
In this video I will show How to make Plastic sheet at home from waste paint bucket.

I found several old paint buckets at home and thought to make a use of it.
So i used my old plastic paint bucket to make a flat plastic sheet so to use it in my projects.
First we cut both the ends and then we heat it with press iron for about 10 to 15 minutes.
When its hot enough and very flexible then cover it up with a flat surface like a plywood piece or a tile and keep it to cool for about 5 to 10 minutes.
You can also use a PVC pipe for making a sheet, the procedure will be exactly same.

The only difference in PVC and plastic is, PVC sheet will be rigid, hard and straight after been converted to a sheet and plastic sheet will be flexible or can be bend after its been flat.
So, its your choice depending upon the project you want to use.
