To change the thumbnail on a Facebook Reels video,
1. Open the Facebook app on your mobile device.
2. Create or upload a Reel video.
3,. Edit the Reel as needed and post it on Facebook.

5. Find and tap on the three dots in the bottom right corner of the Reel video.
