The Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals is an umbrella organization, promoting animal welfare in New York City. Jane Hoffman, the Alliance's president describes the organization's many programs designed to make New York City a no-kill community by 2015, where no dog or cat, of reasonable health and temperament, is killed - simply because the animal does not have a home.
