I bought two controllers on ebay and had a problem with the analog sticks. They where really messed up and woren out.

I bought replacement parts here:

You also need a Tri-Wing Screwdriver. I used size 2.
You also need a very small Philips Screwdriver for the Battery door and a little bit bigger Philips Screwdriver for the PCB with the analog stick.
Two strips of adhesive tape are also very useful to get the controller back together.

It worked out very well. Watch my video to learn how to replace the part.
