Описание к видео '06 - '13 Chevrolet Impala Blend Door Actuator Replacement (Driver Side)

If you own a 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 or 2012 Chevrolet Impala or other similar Chevrolet, GMC, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Buick or Cadillac vehicles that either click when you change the temperature or the temperature is stuck on cold or stuck hot on one side of your vehicle or the other, you may have a bad blend door actuator. I hope this video helps you if you decide to tackle this repair on your own, you don't need any experience and can use basic hand tools. There's a slight challenge to this but with patience can be done by anyone. I always highly recommend having your vehicles issues diagnosed by a certified technician or be ready to waste your money if replacing the part doesn't fix your problem. My problem was when I turned my driver side temperature all the way down to the coldest setting, I heard a consistent clicking noise coming from inside my dash. I diagnosed it myself simply by changing the temperature back to a warmer setting and the clicking went away each and every time.

Make sure to follow the instructions for resetting/recalibrating your blend door actuator if your actuator has a wire connection, some vehicle with a mechanical rod may not need a reset, do your research to figure out if your vehicle needs to be recalibrated. These Impalas do. Your new part should have instructions, if not follow my instructions/if they're not clear enough google the procedure.
