Before providing you with my very precised measurements, it's worth mentioning, that this meal is the traditional (dish contry chop) of the Bafaw tribe of the South West Region of Cameroon, where I originally come from.

Mpuh Fish is cooked with very few ingredients, not time-consuming, but very tricky when it comes to the right measurement of the dried plantain powder and water and how to integrate these to the other ingredients. Watch the complete video to find out how :-)

Recipe for 4 people

Fresh plantains (quantity depends on your appetite)
10 tbsp Dried plantain powder
100g Njangsa (a handful)
1 tsp White pepper
1 tsp Bush/black pepper
1 tsp African nutmeg (ehuru)
1 Large onion
¼ Cup oil
Seasoning as desired
