Overall one of my favorite airport hotels!

Remodeled rooms exceeded my expectations.

Room: 5/5
Everything in the room was clean and modern. I felt very comfortable.

Inspiration: 4/5
While the rooms were inspiring the view and overall atmosphere of the hotels location were not. The lobby also has not yet been renovated.

Service: 5/5
From check-in to breakfast all employees went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and appreciated.

Value: 3.5/5
Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I’m stuck at the Chicago airport. It’s rare to find an airport hotel that truly has remodeled rooms. The reason for the lower score here is because, while the hotel was nice, it did not wow me or blow my mind compared to many of the luxury hotels I’ve stayed at.
