Authors note about the name Eiko: The name is made of kanji meaning "enduring" and "child," which explains why Aizawa chose it when he saw your toughness despite hardship. I pronounced it with the advice of my brother who took a couple japanese classes.

Author note 2: The trickiest part of this was trying to do the voice for Hizashi (aka Present Mic). He has such a goofy overly-enthusiastic way of talking that I haven't really figured out how to imitate. Attempting was frustrating, but also fun, haha. Aizawa's voice is more straightforward: just growl as low as I can while sounding determined and grumpy- that's about as good as it gets with my girl voice lol.
