The evolution of Travis Hunter's Heisman campaign: 2024 MVP trophy race with Ashton Jeanty nears end

West Palm Beach native and Colorado football two-way sensation Travis Hunter is the betting favorite to win the 2024 Heisman Trophy, ahead of fellow finalists Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty, Oregon quarterback Dillon Gabriel and Miami quarterback Cam Ward.

Hunter hasn't always been the favorite to win the award, however, and while Colorado failed to make the Big 12 conference championship game, a 9-3 record on the season thanks to stellar play on offense and defense has propelled Hunter into the Heisman lead.
