Open for the 7pm newscast on Nexstar's CW affiliate in St. Louis, Missouri. Also includes the tease immediately preceding the newscast. Recorded on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.

Yesterday, to mark the station's 70th anniversary (signed on April 28, 1954, which this year was on a Sunday, thus it was marked on Monday, April 29), the station brought back the "St. Louis 11" branding that was used by the station as an independent under local Koplar family ownership, until the late 90s when it went to a string of out of town owners that has ended most recently with Nexstar being the current ownership.

The existing logo was modified to mention the new branding. It is written out as "STL 11" but is verbally pronounced as "St. Louis 11". Not exactly a fan of the inconsistency, but I do like that this throwback branding was resurrected.

The music was also switched from "Inergy" to "Stream" (both from Stephen Arnold Music) as part of the branding change. The graphics and voiceover artist (Jeff Laurence) remain the same.
