1.5 teaspoons of Red Chili Powder
1/4 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder

1.5 cups of Water

1. *Preparation of Guar*: Wash and cut 150 grams of fresh Guar into medium-sized pieces. Set aside.
2. *Mixing Ingredients*: In a bowl, combine chickpea flour with a pinch of Asafoetida, salt, sugar, cooking soda, oil, and chopped coriander. Mix well.
3. *Dough Preparation*: Gradually add water to the flour mixture until it forms a slightly hard dough. Cover and set aside.
4. *Cooking Garlic*: Heat oil in a cooker, add crushed garlic, and fry until golden brown.
5. *Adding Spices*: Add chopped Guar, Asafoetida, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well.

8. *Pressure Cooking*: Close the lid and cook for three whistles on medium flame. Once done, release the pressure and check the vegetable.
