It's been a while since I played a Falcom game, and it is honestly very comfy going back to them for the first time since Ys IX last year. Tokyo Xanadu has some strong elements that made it an enjoyable game to play through, and it honestly makes me sad that Falcom hasn't decided to build on the potential of this game.

Edit: This video was made before the revamped localization for the Switch port in 2024, the game content should be the same though.

Second edit: It was also made before the announcement of the sequel.
