Fender Strat Roadworn Series | The Best MIM Ever Got?

Hi folks, so i finally tracked down a guitar ive wanted to offer for a long time! An Olympic white roadworn series WITH the rosewood fingerboard! I am biased to the olympic white and mint green plate being my absolute favourite look on a strat. But heres my 2 questions:

1 - Is this era of roadworn series the absolute top of the pile of strat models to ever come out of the mexico factory?

2 - Have you ever bought a standalone pickup set that sounded very different from the same model included with another guitar??
