Once you received an order, you need to process it with AliExpress. First, go to AliDropship ‘Orders section’, find the order and click the eye icon to get more details about the recent purchase in your store.

Click ‘Place order automatically’ button to send this order to AliExpress. Please note that you need to be logged in your AliExpress account to start the process.

The plugin will connect with AliExpress to fulfill the order automatically: it will select necessary product variation, add items to your shopping cart and fill your customer’s shipping details on the checkout page.

To complete the purchase, click ‘Confirm & Pay’ button. Please note that you need to have AliDropship Chrome Extension installed to be able to use this feature.

Once the payment is completed, the plugin will automatically change the status of this order to ‘Processed’. Please note that you need to enable this automatic option in’ Order Fulfilment Settings’.

When your supplier ships the item to your client, the plugin collects tracking data from AliExpress and adds tracking ID to the order in your store. If all tracking data are available for all items in the order the status of this order is changed to Shipped automatically and your client receives a shipping email notification with tracking id that he can use to track his package.
