This demonstration video will show you how to recover deleted WeChat chat history on iPhone. At first, you need to backup iPhone data to computer with iTunes software, you can download iTunes from the homepage of Apple Inc. Also, you can download it from Microsoft store (Windows10). Then used Cok Free iTunes Backup Extractor software to export the documents folder where the WeChat messages is stored. At last, Open Cok WeChat Recovery to read and recover deleted WeChat chat history.

1. Welcome to “Cok WeChat Recovery” demonstration video, Now I will show you how to use “Cok WeChat Recovery” software to recover deleted WeChat messages from iPhone.
2. First, please connect your iPhone to your computer
3. And then please open “iTunes”
4. Click the iPhone icon at the top left corner
5. Choose “This computer”，and then click “Back up now” button
6. Back-up would take unequal time from more than ten minutes to several hours. When the progress bar on the title bar vanishes, back-up of iPhone data is finished.
7. When Back-up is complete, please close iTunes and remove your iPhone from computer.
8. Now please open “Cok Free iTunes Backup Extractor” software.
9. Double click the back-up data in the main window.
10. Click "WeChat" item and select "Documents" folder. and then click "export" button to export it.
11. After exporting, please close “Cok Free iTunes Backup Extractor” software.
12. Now please open “Cok WeChat Recovery”
13. Set WeChat type as "iOS (iPhone and iPad)"
14. Set data path as the folder "Documents".
15. Click "Read data" button.
16. Choose a WeChat user that you want to view and then click "view chat history" button.
17. Now all the undeleted WeChat chat history is shown on the software interface.
18. We continue to click "File" "Recover deleted messages" menu.
19. It would take some time to recover. Please be waiting patiently.
20. Now, deleted WeChat messages have been recovered successfully.
21. If you can't read Chinese characters in Cok WeChat Recovery, Please open "Control Panel".
22. Click "Change date, time, or number formats".
23. Choose "Administrative" and then click "Change system locale".
24. Change current system locale to be "Chinese" and then click "OK" button.
25. Click "Restart now" button and restart your computer.
26. After restarting your computer, you will be able to read Chinese characters in Cok WeChat Recovery software.
