Seriously can’t recommend this mod enough. It’s a fun time. I have issues with accessing the secret boss, but the fight itself is pretty cool.

TeRoguelike is basically a minigame where the player runs through dungeons, defeats enemies and bosses, and collects random items in the process, which have wide varieties of effects. The item drops are random, and the first five dungeons have two possible themes, so no two playthroughs are ever the same. This video covers the boss fights of this mod on the hardest difficulty.

Not sure about all the songs used, but I recognized a ton of boss themes as Royalty Free songs by PeriTune. The Secret boss used Remedy and Retribution from Undertale Yellow. Also, the mod author has a playlist featuring all the songs used. I think it’s on the info page of this mod on the Steam Workshop.

Edit: YouTube let me know a whooping two days after the video was uploaded that there's copyright in this video. Paladin, Corruption Parasite, and Queen Bee use songs by Karl Casey.
