Have you heard about Saily? It's the new eSIM created by a well-known cybersecurity giant. I couldn't resist checking it out myself and sharing my thoughts with you. Let's dive in and see what this SAILY ESIM CARD buzz is all about!

📱eSIM vs physical SIM

You’re probably wondering why you need eSIM and how it differs from a physical SIM. eSIM is a new alternative to roaming that makes using the internet while traveling much more convenient and cheap. It serves as a digital counterpart to the conventional embedded SIM card. Firstly, eSIM offers internet access while abroad. Activation can be done before you depart, which I recommend. The setups are generally straightforward too, and if there is an issue, there is 24/7 support that you can reach out to, well at least on Saily there is… But you probably won’t have to do that as I’ve got you covered with a tutorial later on in the video. Anyhow, eSIM also eliminates the hassle of seeking out local SIM cards and lets you avoid potential tourist scams. eSIM is available in most of the countries you might consider traveling to. Saily just started its business and already covers over 150 countries on all continents, making it a truly GLOBAL ESIM. eSIMs are usually cheaper too. Especially if you compare them to data roaming charges.

⛵Saily pricing and speed

eSIMs are usually cheaper too. Especially if you compare them to data roaming charges. Take T-Mobile, for instance, where a mere megabyte of data can cost you up to 15 dollars! If we compare that to Saily, where the starting price can be as low as $2.49/week for 1GB. The difference speaks for itself.

The likelihood of sluggish speeds is a common concern with traditional data roaming. Not the case with eSIM. By connecting you directly to local networks, eSIMs ensure optimal speeds. Additionally, they offer heightened security by eliminating the need to depend on unreliable public Wi-Fi networks, enhancing overall safety during your travels.

⛵Is Saily easy to use?

Saily is very easy to set up and use. First, you need to find out whether your device is compatible with eSIM. To do that, you can go to the Saily website, select “What is an eSIM” at the top, and then click on “check if your phone is eSIM compatible” right here. One thing to keep in mind here though, mobile phones purchased from specific countries like China or Macao might not work with eSIM. Next, check if Saily is available in your destination country by clicking on this yellow “View All Countries” button. If that’s a yes to both, you can proceed to download the app on your phone. It’s not going to be difficult as it’s available on Google Play and Apple Store. After signing in, choose a data plan and just follow the instructions to install the E-SIM CARD. By the way, I recommend activating the plan before departing, in case you won’t have internet access there.

⬇️Final thoughts ⬇️

Overall, the SAILY ESIM CARD had a smooth start as a new player in the market. It’s already a great choice, especially for beginners, as it’s really easy to set up. And with a few improvements I’ve mentioned, it could very well rise to the top quickly.
