Ingredients
2 Tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
Little Salt
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
6 Pcs Surmai Fish
2 Bay Leaves
1 pc Cinnamon
4 Cloves
1 Black Cardamom
Some Salt
350 Gms Basmati Rice
Half Cup Oil
2 Bay Leaves
4 Cardamoms
1 Onion Finely Chopped
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3-4 Green Chillies Crushed
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
Puree of 3 Tomatoes
Salt to Taste
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
Some Coriander Leaves
Some Green Chillies
Sprinkle some Kewra Water
Some Green Chillies
Some Coriander Leaves
