CA number, Motor Carrier Permit (MCP), Employer Pull Notice (EPN)

Hello. It’s DOT Operating authority with the YouTube series on how to start a trucking company. I hope you have your USDOT number already displayed on your truck and are ready to fly. But, if you are OPERATING IN California, wait a moment. California issues its own identification number, in addition to USDOT Number.
Keep in mind, if you are based out of CA, but will be driving in California, you will need a CA Number. If you are based in the state of California but will not be conducting any work in the state, you are not required to have one.
