Chicken Pulao Recipe | چکن پلاؤ | Simple & Easy Chicken Pulao Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
Oil half Cup
2 Large Onions ( Chopped)
2 Black cardamom
4 Green Cardamom
2 Cinnamon Sticks
Cloves 5 to 6
Bay leaves 2
2 Star anise
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp (sabit Zeera)
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tbsp Green Chili Paste
( adjust according to your taste)
Chicken (6 to 8 pieces) 2 Potatoes
Cut into Pieces
Add 1 Cup yogurt
Crushed Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tbsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Chicken powder/ Chicken Cube
Add Chopped Mint leaves
Add (Rice) basmati ½ kg (soaked for 30 minutes)
Salt to 2 tsp or according to taste
Add fried onion
