From 2004-2008, Casey Jennings (you may have heard of his wife Kerri) and Matt Fuerbringer won five AVP events. Their opponents in this 2008 San Diego Final were Nick Lucena and Sean Scott, playing together for their first season as partners. While Lucena was famous for switching partners, he found his greatest success when he reunited with Phil Dalhausser later in his career as the duo represented Team USA in the 2016 and 2020 Olympics.
