Reservoir Hill is a neighborhood filled with irreplaceable and incredible housing stock. The neighborhood has been in decline for decades and in recent years neighbors have been working very hard to bring it back to its former glory. Various drug dealers, poverty pimps, failed government plans, welfare cheats, corrupt developers, and bought politicians have not helped the situation at all. This tour gives an insiders view of some of the rougher parts of the neighborhood- Whitelock, Callow, the drug corner near the elementary school, and Lakeview Towers.
