Debbie Harry - One of the first and the most successful women to front a band of men. She became a pop and cultural icon for one of the most influential bands of the 70's - Blondie. In 1973 - she met Chris Stein. Together they formed a long term relationship and the band 'Blondie.' They struggled for a few years but by 1977 - they had a hit song - 'Heart of Glass' It was their first worldwide hit and they were superstars with followup hits like 'Rapture' and 'Call Me.' Deborah is also an activist - she was one of the first celebrities to speak out about HIV/Aids. She has done several charity shows and worked with everyone from Amnesty International to MAC. She is now releasing her sixth solo album - 'Necessary Evil'.
